Free flowing lines mixed with ruled lines - ebs and flows sometimes with sometimes against the flow around us.
Tracing. Circle work. I sit opposite my sewing machine and my many bobbins of thread. The loose tracing around the circular bobbins gives nice imperfect lines. Lines that aren't organic or straight up and down.
