The past year I have been travelling and making art as I go, in Montreal, Paris, Glasgow and now living and working in Berlin.
I love drawing, animation, film and making sculptures using recycled materials. I have a tendency to decontruct tshirts and other wearable's to create new wearable's and art.
My work tends to be comical exploring environmental concerns. I commonly use text and love playing with words and creating characters and imaginary landscapes.
I am interested in miscommunications, translation software, translations that don't quite make sense, linguistics, pragmatics...getting the point across with utterances, gestures, pre-standardised {question mark} English when words were written phonetically I will continue to bring these interests into future projects in 2009.
